GoSS Receives $ (7024) in Oil Revenues up to Last December

SUNA said it has learnt that the Ministry of Finance has up to last December paid $ (7024) million to South Sudan Government out of its due oil revenue dues totaling $ (744.8) million. According to the Ministry, the remaining dues have been approved for payments.



Informed sources affirmed the accuracy of information relating to marketing of oil distribution of revenues, in addition to the documentation of production of all the oil fields and manner of computation of price after deduction of the services cost. The Ministry reiterated the government of National Unity commitment to the implementation of CPA, particularly the distribution of wealth as regards south Sudan and Northern States as has been agreed on. On the other hand the Presidential villas that have been constructed at a cost of $ (35) million, will have an investment return of approximately $ (53) million, in addition to the tourism return revenue.
