White Nile State Governor Inaugurates Customer Care Centre in Kosti

Staff Writer Customer care centrE was inaugurated in Kosti, White Nile State, at a great ceremony attended by high profile figures in the state and the region, namely the Governor of the State,
Dr. Mohammed NourAllah Altijani, his deputy, the Chief Commander of Military and Commanders of National Service; besides, a great deal of the state's government key officials and businessmen. Zuhair Abdurrahman, director of sales department, and Alaa Adeen Al-Sheikh, director of the company's affairs attended the ceremony on behalf of the company, MTN.
The ceremony was preceded by various programs prior to cutting the ribbon by the governor thus announcing the start of operations at customer care service center in Kosti. Addressing the presence, the governor announced his support to whatever work that would be contributive to development in the state. The state's deputy governor, and the representative of MTN, on behalf of the company's general manager, addressed the ceremony.
Hassan Shakir, MTN general Manager expressed his gratitude to the governor of the state, Dr. Altijani, his deputy, the military commander and commanders of national services; in addition to everyone who attended this momentous occasion. He said their presence was a motivation for further work and contribution. Shakir added that the customer care center in Kosti would constitute a real addition and a significant channel for communication with customers in the region of the White Nile in order to detect deficit areas and handle them on spot.
At the sidelines of the gathering, White Nile State TV interviewed director of customer center, Mr. Zuhair Abdulrahman, in which he stated his company's future plans, which will follow the inauguration of the center, benefits that urban residents as well as surrounding suburbs inhabitants may get from the newly inaugurated center. He also explained offers by his company and its sole distinction in Sudanese market with regard to billing per-second system, which more economizing and saving for customers and suitable for all sectors. The inauguration comes within the framework of the company's policies aimed at providing all facilities helping improve service and comfort for customers. Meanwhile, the upcoming days will witness inaugurations of further customer care centers in the capital Khartoum and Sudan's states.
