National Supreme Courts Rejects Objections against Al-Bashir and Salva Kiir

SUNA The objections circle at the National Supreme Court has rejected in the form the objection against the nomination of Omer Hassan Al-Bashir for the presidency of the Republic.
The circle which consists of three senior judges in the Supreme Court chaired by Molana Mahgoub Al-Amin Al-Faki and the memberships of Molana Sir Al-Khatim and Molana Benjamin Yak Deng, has adopted the nominations of Munir Sheikh Uldin and Fatima Abdulmahmoud for the presidency canceling the decision of the National Elections Commission. The court has also squashed the objections against NEC submitted by Khalid Al-Shami Al-Faki and Mohammed Al-Hassan Al-Soufi for rejecting their nominations for the presidency of the republic. The court has also dismissed the objections submitted by Lam Akol against the nomination of Salva Kiir for the presidency and has also rejected the objection submitted against the nomination of Mutasim Mirghani for the post of North Kordofan governor. The court has also objected the decision of the higher election committee of Warrap state against the nomination of Tereza Awin Dal as a contestant in the coming elections. It's to be mentioned here that the rulings of the court are obligatory and final.
