South Darfur Police declares readiness to secure coming elections

The director of South Darfur Police, Maj. General Fathulrhamn Osman, affirmed that the security situation in the state is so stable and that the police forces are geared up to secure the election campaigns for all the political parties saying that all the political functions


of the parties including public meetings, forums and the personal protection of the parties leaders are completely secured.
 

He added that registration for the election in South Darfur reached up to 92% the issue which proves the stable security situations in the state.
Regarding the security of the Sudanese Certificate Exams, he said that we have hade succeeded in securing these exams during very harsh and critical times so it's very easy to secure them now as the security situation is witnessing complete stability.
Within the same context he said that the road linking Nyala with east "Marra Mountain" is secured and that the movement of the vehicles on it is taking place as usual.
